To obtain warranty service you must provide us with a copy of the sales receipt which shows the date and place of purchase and the model number and the serial number of the set. Your warranty begins with the date of purchase. Standard warranties are listed below, however warranty conditions are constantly changing.

means that IF there is a service center that services your area, THEN they will go to your location so that you do not have to transport the TV yourself. "In home" service does NOT mean that the set will be repaired in your home.
If you are not in an area that a Service Center supports you have two options, you can attempt to persuade the manufacturer to pay all or part of the additional charges of a service call or for transporting the set, or you may transport the set to the servicer in the manner of your choosing.
If you have made an appointment for in home service, whether or not the set is under warranty, the set needs to be free from memorabilia, plants, trinkets, animals, and such, and in such a condition where it can be serviced.

However, televisions have become good enough and large enough to display the poor or degraded signal that exists in so many locations. When you look thru a clean window and don't like what you see outside, it is not the windows fault.
